ITEM #5: Discussion of text amendments to implement landscaped setback along South Churton
Street (between Orange Grove Road and Oakdale Drive) to align development appearance
with the Economic Development District standards and goals of the Churton Street Plan.
Action Requested: While the full text is not yet prepared, if the Board is willing to have
these amendments discussed at the April public hearing, a vote to that effect is requested.
