ITEM #1: Consideration of additions or changes to the agenda
ITEM #2: Open the public hearing
ITEM #3: Future Land Use Plan Text Amendments to remove the phrase “at least a 2-acre
minimum lot size” from the description of the Rural Living land use designation.
ITEM #4: Future Land Use Plan Text Amendments to add the zoning district “Adaptive Re-Use”
as an expected zoning district to the following land use designations: Urban
Neighborhood, Attached Residential Neighborhood, Education, Neighborhood Mixed
Use, and Retail Services.
ITEM #5: Future Land Use Plan Text Amendments to add the zoning districts Economic
Development District, Business Park, and Entranceway Special Use as expected zoning
districts to the Mixed Use land use designation.
ITEM #6: Unified Development Ordinance Text Amendments to allow properties in the historic
overlay district to apply for the following special use zoning districts: Residential Special
Use and Multi-family Special Use (Sections 4.3.1.2; 4.4.3.1; 4.4.4.2)
