Subject: upcoming zoning board meeting on March 23rd
Dear Ms. Stantucci Rozzi and the Zoning Board of Appeals,
I am writing with regard to a notification we received last week about an appeal for a special permit for a home
therapist practice to be granted at 72 Winsor Avenue. My Wife, Lee -Anne Famolare, and I live at 66 Langdon
Avenue which we purchased in 1988. We have raised our family in our home, and have been lucky to have a
close knit and stable neighborhood.
We will not be able to attend the zoning board meeting on the 23rd, but would like to go on record as being
opposed to the application to grant a special permit. While an increasing number of us now work from home
either part or full time, we believe that in order to retain the residential feeling and flavor of our neighborhood,
it would be detrimental to allow a homes in this neighborhood to become business or offices where customers
or clients will frequent on a regular basis. If approved, a precedent would be established and our neighborhood
would suffer from increased traffic which is already a concern and non-residents coming and going.
Thank you for your time, feel free to reach me at 61-308-3513 with any questions or concerns.
Sincerely,
Tim Fraser
