HomeMy Public PortalAbout008-1996 - Rezoning - Porterfield AvenueA SPECIAL ORDINANCE AMENDING THE ZONING MAP AT VACANT LOT PORTERFIELD AVENUE WHEREAS the zoning map designates certain real estate on Porterfield Avenue as R-2 One Family Residence District, and WHEREAS it is desirable to change the zoning designation to C-2 Commercial District to accommodate commercial development of the property NOW, THEREFORE, be it ordained by the Common Council of the City of Richmond, Indiana, that the zoning designation of the real estate at Porterfield Avenue, which is more particularly described on Exhibit A attached hereto, is hereby changed to C-2 Commercial District. The property is owned by Fred King. The ordinance should be referred to Plan Commission for public hearing at its meeting on March 26, 1996.
