ITEM #2: Consideration of additions or changes to the agenda
ITEM #3: Approval of minutes from March and April meetings
ITEM #4: Recommendations to Town Board regarding items at April public hearing:
A. Future Land Use Plan text amendment to delete “2 acre minimum lot size” from the description
of “Rural Living”
B. Future Land Use Plan text amendment to add “Adaptive Re-Use” zoning district to five land
use designations
C. Future Land Use Plan text amendments to add two zoning districts to the Mixed Use land use
designation
D. Unified Development Ordinance amendments to allow properties in the historic
overlay district to apply for the following special use zoning districts: Residential
Special Use and Multi-family Special Use (Sections 4.3.1.2; 4.4.3.1; 4.4.4.2)
ITEM #5: Update on singlewide mobile homes and mobile home parks for discussion and direction
ITEM #6: Adjourn
