ITEM #4: Discussion of draft text amendment to excludes steps and walkways from setback requirements
when attached to structures.
ITEM #5: Discussion of draft text amendment to define park and ride facility as a use and allow it in non-
residential districts as a primary use.
ITEM #6: Discussion of draft text amendments to require a landscaped buffer for commercial properties
along South Churton Street to implement the design recommendations in the South Churton Street
corridor plan consistent with current development vision for the corridor.
ITEM #7: Discussion of possible policy or ordinance changes related to potential redevelopment in
West Hillsborough
