ITEM #1: Consideration of additions or changes to the agenda
ITEM #2: Open the public hearing
ITEM #3: Zoning Map amendment to remove approximately 400 acres of Extraterritorial
Jurisdiction to the west and southwest of town
ITEM #4: Annexation, zoning, and Special Use Permit modification to add .54 acres at the corner
of Eno Mountain Road and Orange Grove Road to the city limits and zone it MFSU for
incorporation into the Elfin’s Pond development SUP (OC PIN 9864-71-9510).
ITEM #5: Special Use Permit for Cates Creek Apartments. This proposal is consistent with the
Waterstone Master Plan and involves a 13-building, 270 unit apartment complex with
parking, site amenities, and some garages. The site is at the corner of Cates Creek
Parkway (under construction) and College Park Road. The parcel is OC PIN 9873-25-
1980.
ITEM #6: Unified Development Ordinance Text Amendments to require a landscaped buffer for
commercial properties along South Churton Street to implement the design
recommendations in the South Churton Street corridor plan consistent with current
development vision for the corridor.
ITEM #7: Unified Development Ordinance Text Amendments to create a definition for park and
ride facilities and indicate the permit requirements for each zoning district
ITEM #8: Unified Development Ordinance Text Amendment to document an interpretation
regarding the application of setbacks to steps and walkways attached to buildings
ITEM #9: Adjourn
