Use the bike route on 2nd Ave. Vehicles must STOP for any pedestrians crossing or trying to cross at any marked crosswalks. It is illegal to pass a car stopped at a crosswalk –you must assume a pedestrian is crossing. The speed limit on Butler is 30 MPH from the Curve to Tybrisa. DPW Projects in February DPW will begin construction of the 11th Street cross-over in February, which should last through the month. The sidewalk improvement between 18th and 19th street on Butler has been completed. Crews are working on the scorer`s stand in Jaycee Park and are going to install the new scoreboard in February. To Address City Council …about agenda items, please speak during public comments. To get on the agenda, file an Agenda Request with the City Clerk by noon, Wednesday, eight days prior to the Meeting! Council meets 2nd & 4th Thursday, 7PM, each month. Visit City Hall or our web site for the form. If you are presenting to Council, you must provide your presentation no less than 48 hours in advance to Clerk or IT staff!
