ITEM #4: Discussion of possible text amendment to confirm CUP process for certain uses in
residential districts

ITEM #5: Discussion of possible text amendment to include historic landmarks in Sections 3, 4 and
8 of the Unified Development Ordinance.

ITEM #6: Discussion of possible text amendment to adjust parking requirement for multi-family
housing.

ITEM #7: Discussion of amending the applicability of the design requirements for new non-
residential buildings to those sites with a South Churton Street Buffer and those sites in
any special use district.
