AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI, AMENDING SECTION
19-401, (MOTOR VEHICLES AND TRAFFIC), SCHEDULE A (SPEED LIMITS),
SUBPARAGRAPH , (FORTY MILES PER HOUR) OF THE CODE OF THE CITY OF
JEFFERSON, PERTAINING TO SPEED LIMITS ON A PORTION OF MISSION DRIVE.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI, AS
FOLLOWS:
Section 1. Section 19-401, (Motor Vehicles and Traffic), Schedule A, (Speed
Limits), Subparagraph ), (FORTY MILES PER HOUR), of the code of the City of
Jefferson, is hereby amended pertaining to speed limits on a portion of Mission Drive,
as follows:
Mission Drive: between Highway 179 and Rolling Hills Road.
Section 2. This Ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after the date
of its passage and approval.
