ITEM #1: Consideration of additions or changes to the agenda
ITEM #2: Open the public hearing
ITEM #3: Rezoning Request from Larry Sloan to designate 0.88 acres from General
Commercial to High Intensity Commercial at 165 Mayo Street (OC PIN 9864-80-
8968).
ITEM #4: Unified Development Ordinance Text Amendments to Section 2, 3, and 8 to
reference historic landmarks in the UDO for purposes of requiring Certificates of
Appropriateness, describing the review process, and having local landmarks subject
to Prevention of Demolition by Neglect.
ITEM #5: Unified Development Ordinance Text Amendments to Section 6 to require the design
standards for non-residential buildings to apply only in Special Use districts and to
those parcels subject to the South Churton Street landscape buffer
ITEM #6: Unified Development Ordinance Text Amendment to Section 3 to establish review
thresholds for conditional uses in residential districts
ITEM #7: Close public hearing and convene joint meeting of the Town Board and Planning Board
ITEM #8: Discussion of preliminary draft of Vision 2030 plan with the intent of authorizing staff to
proceed with releasing the document for public review with a hearing to be scheduled
after January 1
ITEM #9: Discussion of affordable housing and options for preparing town policies.
