ROLL CALL The following Council Members were present for the roll call: Present: Branch, Costales, Graham, Henry, Hussey, Medin, Mihalevich, Prather, Scrivner, and Ward Absent: None A quorum was declared present. ADOPTION OF THE AGENDA Councilman Mihalevich made a motion to adopt the agenda as published, seconded by Councilman Prather, and approved unanimously. ANNOUNCEMENTS BY THE MAYOR, COUNCIL, AND STAFF Mayor Struemph made comments regarding Special Olympics of Missouri’s announcement earlier in the day that their organization will locate its training facility in Jefferson City. He congratulated and thanked all involved in this important accomplishment and stated the facility is estimated to provide $1million in salaries and $1million in tourism dollars to the City’s economy.
