A) Rezoning Request from Larry Sloan to designate 0.88 acres from General
Commercial to High Intensity Commercial at 165 Mayo Street (OC PIN 9864-
80-8968)
B) Unified Development Ordinance Text Amendments to Section 2, 3 and 8 to
reference historic landmarks
C) Unified Development Ordinance Text Amendments to Section 6 to require the
design standards for non-residential buildings to apply only in Special Use
districts and to those parcels subject to the South Churton Street landscape
buffer
D) Unified Development Ordinance Text Amendment to Section 3 to establish
review thresholds for conditional uses in residential districts
ITEM #6: Discussion of two potential UDO text amendments to clarify requirements:
A) Land Use buffers adjacent to railroad and Interstate rights of way
B) Fences and walls
ITEM #8: Update regarding Vision 2030 outreach and review process
