ORDINANCE NO. 57
AN ORDINANCE DE-ANNEXING AND VACATING CERTAIN LANDS FRa.f
THE CITY LIMITS OOUNDARIES OF THE CITY OF BEL AIRE, KANSAS
AND REPEALING ORDINANCE NO. 53 OF THE CITY OF BEL AIRE,
KANSAS .
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE GOVERNING OODY OF THE CITY OF BEL AIRE, SEIXJWICK
mUNTY, KANSAS:
Section 1. The following described land, to wit:
Beginning at the S. E. Comer of the N. W. 1/4 of Section
30, 'lWP 26-S, R-2-E of the 6th P.M., Sedgwick COW1ty,
Kansas; thence West along the south line of said
Section 30, 764.32 feet to the northly right of way line
of the Missouri Pacific Railroad; thence Northeasterly
along said Railroad to the east line of said Northwest
quarter of Section 30, thence south 400.69 feet to the
beginning.
is hereby de-annexed and vacated fran the City of Bel Aire, Sedgwick County,
Kansas.
Section 2. This Ordinance shall take effect and be in force fran and
after its publication in the official city newspaper.
Section 3. Ordinance No. 53 of the City of Bel Aire, Kansas is hereby
repealed.
Section 4. Upon the passage and publication of this Ordinance the City
Clerk shall file a certified copy of this Ordinance with the COW1ty Clerk,
The, Register of Deeds and the County Election Cannissioner of Sedgwick County,
Kansas.
