ORDINANCE NO. 93-745
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TEMPLE
CITY AMENDING SECTION 3321 OF THE TEMPLE CITY
MUNICIPAL CODE RELATING TO OVERNIGHT PARKING
EXEMPTIONS FOR DISABLED PERSONS
WHEREAS, Section 3320 of the Temple City Municipal Code states, no person shall stop, stand
or park a vehicle on any street between the hours of 3:00 a.m. and 5:00 a.m. of any day, and;
WHEREAS, the City Council recognizes the need to allow vehicles to remain parked overnight
in spaces designated for disabled persons;
NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TEMPLE CITY DOES HEREBY
ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:

SECTION 1. Section 3321 of the Temple City Municipal Code is hereby amended to
3321. EXCEPTIONS.
The provisions of Section 3320 shall not apply:
A. To any street which City Council designates by resolution;
B. To emergency vehicles;
C. To any vehicle with an "all-night parking permit" issued and attached in
compliance with Sections 3322 -3329 hereof;
D. To any vehicle legally parked in a space designated for disabled persons.
SECTION 2. The City Clerk shall certify to the passage and adoption of this Ordinance
and to its approval by the Mayor and shall cause the same to be published as required by law.
