A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LYNWOOD
AUTHORIZING REASIGNMENT OF THE AGREEMENT WITH FHN FINANCIAL MAIN
STREET ADVISORS LLC TO MEEDER PUBLIC FUNDS, INC.
WHEREAS, On October 31, 2023, FHN Main Street Advisors, LLC entered into
an Agreement with Meeder Investment Management Inc.,
WHEREAS, FHN Main Street Advisors, LLC assets will be acquired by Meeder
Investment Management Inc.
WHEREAS, FHN Main Street Advisors, LLC employees will become employees
of Meeder and Meeder's wholly owned subsidiary;
WHEREAS, Meeder Public Funds Inc. will assume operations of FHN Main
Street Advisors, LLC.
WHEREAS, The City of Lynwood's Agreement with FHN Main Street Advisors,
LLC and the Investment Advisers Act of 1940 requires FHN Main Street Advisors, LLC
to seek consent prior to transfer of the Agreement.
NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LYNWOOD DOES
HEREBY FIND, PROCLAIM, ORDER AND RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. The City Council of the City of Lynwood hereby finds and declares that
the foregoing recitals are true and correct and incorporates them herein as findings and
as substantive part of this resolution.
Section 2. The City Council of the City of Lynwood approves and authorizes the
Mayor to approve the attached Consent Letter authorizing reassignment of the
Agreement between the City of Lynwood from FHN Main Street Advisory LLC to Meeder
Public Funds, Inc. attached hereto as Exhibit A, in a form approved by the City Attorney.
Section 3. Authorize the Mayor to execute the Resolution for and on behalf of the
City of Lynwood.
Section 4. This resolution shall take effect immediately upon its adoption
Section 5. The City Clerk shall certify as to the adoption of this Resolution and
hereafter the same shall be in full force and effect.

certify that the foregoing Resolution was passed and adopted by the City Council of the
City of Lynwood at a meeting held on the 21th day of November 2023.
