RESOLUTION NO. 2016-065
A RESOLUTION SETTING A DATE FOR PUBLIC HEARING FOR AMENDMENT TO
THE PLANNED AREA DEVELOPMENT (PAD) ORDINANCE
Whereas,
The City of Tiffin currently has a Planned Area Development (PAD)
ordinance, and;
Whereas
the City Council of the City of Tiffin recognized the need to update and
improve the ordinance, and;
Whereas,
the City Council currently has a moratorium on any new PAD’s until the new
ordinance is written, and;
Whereas,
the City has been working on the new ordinance, and;
Whereas,
the City Council of the City of Tiffin recognizes that it typically holds a public
hearing prior to amending an Ordinance;
Now, therefore be it resolved
by the City Council of the City of Tiffin, Iowa to set a
Public Hearing for November 15, 2016, at 7:00 p.m. at City Hall.

to be adopted and signified his approval of the
same by affixing his signature thereto.
