RESOLUTION NO. 2016-041
A RESOLUTION SETTING THE DATE FOR THE PUBLIC HEARING FOR AN
ORDINANCE TO AMEND THE PROVISIONS OF THE PLANNED AREA
DEVELOPMENT DISTRICT OF THE TIFFIN ZONING ORDINANCE
Whereas,
the City of Tiffin, Iowa currently has a moratorium on all Planned Area
Development (PAD) until August 16, 2016, and;
Whereas,
the City Council wishes to make necessary changes to the PAD Ordinance,
and;
Whereas,
a draft of those necessary changes are attached to this resolution,
Now, therefore be it resolved
by the City Council of the City of Tiffin, Iowa, that the
date for the Public Hearing is set for July 19, 2016, for an Ordinance to amend the
provisions of the PAD District.

Motion to TABLE Resolution 2016-041 – Resolution Setting the Date for Public Hearing for an Ordinance to Amend
the Provisions of the Planned Area Development District of the Tiffin Zoning Ordinance by Havens. Second by Upton.

to be adopted and signified his approval of the same by affixing
his signature thereto.
