A RESOLUTION TO SET THE DATE OF PUBLIC HEARING FOR AN AMENDMENT
TO THE CITY OF TIFFIN, IOWA, SUBDIVISION ORDINANCE NO. 2012-319, TO ADD
PROVISIONS REGARDING PLATS OF SURVEY
Whereas,
the Legal Representation for City of Tiffin has been working on an
dinance to add provisions regarding Plats of
Survey,
Now, therefore be it resolved
by the City Council of the City of Tiffin, Iowa, that the
date for the Public Hearing is set for February 21, 2017, for the amendment to the City
of Tiffin, Iowa, Subdivision Ordinance No. 2012-319, to add provisions regarding Plats
of Survey. Said Ordinance was unanimously approved at the February 1, 2017,
Planning & Zoning Meeting.

On the 7 day of February, 2017, at a regular meeting of the Tiffin City Council, Tiffin,

and made a motion for approval. Motion seconded
by Councilperson Kahler.
Ayes: Upton, Havens, Ryan, Kahler
Nays: None.
Absent: Bartels.
Whereupon Four Council members were present and voted approval and Mayor Berner

declared that the

to be adopted and signified his approval of the same by affixing
his signature thereto.
