A SPECIAL ORDINANCE AMENDING THE ZONING MAP AT
2301 Chester Boulevard
WHEREAS the zoning map designates real estate at 2301 Chester Boulevard
as R-2 One Family Residence District, and
WHEREAS it is desirable to change the zoning designation to C-2 Commercial
District,
NOW, THEREFORE, be it ordained by the Common Council of the City of Richmond,
Indiana, that the zoning designation of the real estate at 2301 Chester Boulevard, which is
more particularly described in Exhibit A attached hereto, is hereby changed to C-2
for the purpose of expanding mini storage use.
Passed and adopted this Uday of C',- 1996, by the Common Council
of the City of Richmond, Indiana.

This ordinance relates to the rezoning request at 2301 Chester Boulevard from R-2 One
Family Residence to C-2 Commercial District. To determine if the request meets the
requirements you can review Richmond Code 154.31.00. The property is owned by
Swiderek Advanced Systems, Inc., and is immediately south of their present warehouses.
Rezoning starts 500 ft. east of U. S. 27 and extends 100 ft. further east.
The ordinance should be referred to Plan Commision for public hearing at its meeting on
April 23, 1996.
The ordinance should be back to Council for second reading on May 6, 1996.
