A RESOLUTION APPROVING THE SEPARATING OF DUTIES OF THE CITY CLERK
CITY CLERK TO THE POSITION OF CITY CLERK
Whereas,
The City recognizes the need to separate the duties of the City Clerk from the
, and;
Whereas,
the Deputy City Clerk, Ashley Platz, has since completed the Iowa Municipal
2017, and;
Whereas,
the City Administrator is recommending the promotion of the Deputy City
Clerk to the position of the City Clerk with the completion of said education and training,
Now, therefore be it resolved
by the City Council of the City of Tiffin, Iowa to approve
the
to promote the Deputy City Clerk, Ashley Platz, to the position of City Clerk.

and made a motion for approval. Motion
seconded by Councilperson Bartels.
Ayes: Upton, Bartels, Havens, Ryan, Kahler
Nays: None.
Absent: None.
Whereupon five Council members were present and voted approval and Mayor Berner
