HomeMy Public PortalAboutMinutes - 5/15/2016 The Wellsburg City Council met in special session May 15, 2016 with Mayor Nederhoff presiding and all Council Members present.
After due consideration and discussion, Council Member Meyer introduced Resolution 05-2016-2 a resolution repealing prior issuance resolution approving the bond purchase agreement,
providing for the issuance of general obligation public works building bonds, Series 2016 and providing for the levy of taxes to pay the same and moved its adoption. Werkman seconded
the motion. The Mayor put the question upon the adoption of said resolution, and the roll being called, the following Council Members voted Ayes: Meyer, Eilderts, Hippen, Werkman
and Van Heiden. Nays: None. Motion carried.
Eilderts moved to adjourn the meeting. Van Heiden seconded the motion. All ayes, carried.
