To the Zoning Board and Louise Civetti,
I am the sole owner of 68 Winsor Ave. Watertown, MA 02472 and I, as the direct next door
neighbor, oppose the approval of the Special Permit for 72 Winsor Ave.
The owners of 72 Winsor Ave. asked for and received a signature of consent from my tenants who
reside in 68 Winsor Ave., knowing that they are tenants and not the owners. My tenants are not
authorized to sign anything in this matter as they do not own the house, especially when I am not in
favor.
There are many reason I oppose this, and if needed I can provide a list of the reasons why.
