The City Council of the City of Tiffin, Johnson County, Iowa, met in a work session June 6, 2017 at 6:20 p.m Temporary Chair Jim Bartels called the meeting to order. Upon roll being called the following named council members were present: Al Havens, Peggy Upton, Jo Kahler, Jim Bartels, Mike Ryan (Arrived at 6:44pm). Absent: Steve Berner Also present: City Administrator/Clerk Doug Boldt, Deputy City Clerk Ashley Platz, City Engineer Ben Carhoff and other visitors. C.Discussion of Supplemental Developers Agreement for Park Place Discussion: City Administrator gave overview of agreement. D.Discussion of Fireworks Ordinance Discussion: Council discussed allowing fireworks on only the dates of July 3-4 and December stst 31 and January 1. No fireworks after midnight.
