A.Call to Order – 12:00 PM
B.Roll Call
The City Council of the City of Tiffin, Johnson County, Iowa, met in a Special Meeting July 24,
2017 at 12:00 p.m. Mayor Steve Berner called the meeting to order. Upon roll being called the
following named council members were present: Al Havens, Jo Kahler, Jim Bartels, Absent:
Mike Ryan, Peggy Upton. Also present: Utility Billing Clerk Amy Shaull.
C.Agenda Additions/Agenda Approval
Motion to approve the agenda by Havens.
Second by Kahler.
All ayes, motion carried.
D.Communications and Reports:

E.Consent Agenda

These are routine items and will be enacted by one motion without separate discussion unless a Council
Member requests separate consideration.
1.Liquor License Approval – TIFFUN Creek Fest
Motion to approve the Consent Agenda which includes the approval of the TIFFUN
Creek Fest Liquor License by Havens.
Second by Kahler.
All ayes, motion carried.

Motion to adjourn by Kahler.
Second by Havens.
All ayes, meeting adjourned at 12:10 pm.
