Upon roll being called the following named council members were present: Al Havens, Jo Kahler, Mike Ryan, Jim Bartels. Absent: Peggy Upton. Also present: City Administrator/Clerk Doug Boldt, Deputy City Clerk Ashley Platz. C.Agenda Additions/Agenda Approval Motion to approve agenda by Ryan. Second by Havens. All ayes, motion carried. D.Communications and Reports: 1.Unscheduled If you wish to address the City Council on subjects pertaining to today’s meeting agenda, please wait until that not item on the agenda is reached. If you wish to address the City Council on an item on the agenda, please approach the lectern and give your name and address for the public record before discussing your item. E.Consent Agenda Note: These are routine items and will be enacted by one motion without separate discussion unless a Council Member requests separate consideration. 1. F.Public Hearing 1. H.Resolutions for Approval 1.Resolution 2017-089 – A Resolution to Calling for a Public Measure to Authorize a Support Public Library Levy in the Amount of $0.27 per $1000 of Valuation for the Tiffin Public Library Motion to change the ballot language to say “increase the current levy from .10 cents per $1000 valuation to .27 cents per $1000 valuation” by Havens. Second by Ryan. All ayes, motion carried City Council Agenda Page 1 of 2 Motion to approve Resolution 2017-089 – A Resolution to Calling for a Public Measure to Authorize a Support Public Library Levy in the Amount of $0.27 per $1000 of Valuation for the Tiffin Public Library by Bartels.
