Consideration of a Sign Program Amendment for the Beaumont
Crossroads II Logistics Park project previously approved under
PLAN2022-0756 located at 36900 & 36855 W. Fourth Street in the Hidden
Canyon Specific Plan (APNs: 424-010-011 & -016)
Motion by Commissioner Cooley
Second by Commissioner Tinker
Approve PLAN2023-0959 for the Beaumont Crossroads II Logistics
Park Sign Program Amendment as presented.

Presentation given by GHD.
D. PLANNING MANAGER COMMENTS
Gave a report out from the ICSC Conference.
Gave an update to upcoming projects within the City.
