The Town Board of the Town of Fraser met in regular session at 8 :15 P.M. on
May 4, 1959, at Clayton's Cafe, with the following members present:
Mayor Claytnn
Clerk Emal
Councilmen: George Goranson
Iver Florquist
Clyde Conklin
George Smith.
Absent were Councilmen Melvin Fesler and Frank Carlson.
The minutes of the last meeting were read, and upon motion, seconded and
approved as read.
The following bills were presented for payment:

Motion made by Clyde Conklin and seconded by leer Florquist that the bills
be paid, and the clerk issue warrants for same. Motion carried.
The bank statement was presented as of April 28, 1959, showing a balance of
$7470.64.
The clerk was instructed to write Colorado Municipal League for information on
a model building code and procedure for condemning buildings. Also instructed to
write to Rogers Cowan, in regard to publicity pictures for Zerex fall campaign
publicity.
The clerk was instructed to send c to all dog owners who did not have dogs
shot for rabies, asking them to inform the town clerk of their intention to get
rabies shots or have the dog destroyed.
Week of May 18 -25 proclaimed as Clean -Up, P -Up week, and the clerk was
instructed to have a notice of same printed in the Sky Hi N
