1) Approval of the Minutes of the Regular Meeting of December 10, 2013.
Recommendation: Approval of the Minutes of December 10, 2013 as presented.
Motion by Commissioner Bennecke, Seconded by Commissioner Wirick to approve to
minutes as presented. Vote: 5/0

Recommendation: Receive Staff Report; Hold a Public Hearing, and Approve Plot Plan
13-PP-05 with the addition of Condition 3.14.
