Recommendation: Approval of the Minutes of December 10, 2013 as presented. Motion by Commissioner Bennecke, Seconded by Commissioner Wirick to approve to minutes as presented. Vote: 5/0 AYES: Chairman Smith, Commissioners Bennecke, Dale, Tinker, and Wirick NOES: None ABSTAIN: None ABSENT: None 2) Scheduled Matters/Public Hearings a. Four Seasons Recreation Center #2; Plot Plan 13-PP-05. Located at the Southeast Intersection of Four Seasons Circle and Mesa Verde Park Applicant: K. Hovnanian Companies Recommendation: Receive Staff Report; Hold a Public Hearing, and Approve Plot Plan 13-PP-05 with the addition of Condition 3.14. Staff report was given by Chris Tracy, Staff Planner Open Public Hearing 6:07 p.m. Mr. Metcaff — Applicant Representative Pent' Devlin — Applicant Representative AvI Greene — Neutral Closed Public Hearing 6:14 p.m. Applicant Representative Motion by Commissioner Bennecke, Seconded by Commissioner Wirick to Approve Plot Plan 13-PP-05 with the addition of Condition 3.14 and that the project start no later than June 2014. Conditional Use Permit No. 13-CUP-16; a Proposed Collocation of a Wireless Communications Antenna at 81 S. Highland Springs Avenue (Loma Linda Medical Center) Recommendation: Hold a Public Hearing and Approve Conditional Use Permit No. 13- CUP-16 subject to the conditions of approval. Conditional use Permit No. 13-CUP-14 Located at 1661 E. 6th Street and Conditional Use Permit No. 13-CUP-15 Located at 1430 Beaumont Avenue, Replanet Recycling — Two Proposed Commercial Recycling Centers Recommendation: Receive Staff Report, Hold a Public Hearing, and Approve Conditional Use Permit No. 13-CUP-14 and 13-CUP-15 subject to the Conditions of Approval.
