Pledge of Allegiance Adjustments to the Agenda: Move item 2.d to be heard as item 2.a due to time constraint of the applicant. PUBLIC COMMENT PERIOD: None 1) Approval of the Minutes of the Regular Meeting of February 11, 2014. Recommendation: Approval of the Minutes of February 11, 2014 as presented. Motion by Bennecke, Seconded by Dale to approve the minutes of February 110 2014 as presented.
