Recommendation: Approval of the Minutes of March 11, 2014 as presented. Motion by Bennecke, Seconded by Dale to approve the minutes of March 11, 2014 as presented. Vote: 510 AYES: Bennecke, Dale, Tinker, Wirick, Smith NOES: None ABSTAIN: None ABSENT: None 2) Scheduled Matters/Public Hearin s a. Review & Potential Revocation of Conditional Use Permit No. 12-CUP-03 and Negative Declaration No. 12-ND-03, Beaumont Recycling Center (Formally Olympic Recycling) at 550 E. 1"t Street Actions: Receive Staff Report and Hold a Public Hearing Options: 1) Keep Conditional Use Permit 12-CUP-03 as approved; 2) Approve Conditional Use Permit 12-CUP-03 with Modification; 3) Continue review of Conditional Use Permit 12-CUP-03 to future meeting (date specific) or 4) Revoke Conditional Use Permit 12-CUP-03. Sixth Street Actions: Receive Staff Report and Take Testimony Options: 1) Keep Conditional Use Permit No. 13-CUP-04 as is; 2) Schedule Conditional Use Permit No. 13-CUP-04 for modification of conditions; or 3) Schedule Conditional Use Permit No. 13-CUP-04 for denial Staff report was given by Chris Tracy, Associate Planner Motion by Bennecke, Second by Tinker to keep the Conditional Use Permit in place and return for review in 6 month with the property owner present.
