Call to Order: 6:00 p.m. Place: Beaumont Civic Center
Roll Call: Chairman Smith, Vice Chairman Bennecke, Commissioner Wirick,
Commissioner Tinker, and Commissioner Dale were present.

3. After 12 months of operation, the subject matter shall be scheduled for review by the

conditions of approval at such time, or to modify the use or revoke the permit if
substantial problems result from the operation.

conditions as follows.
3.2 All outside lighting shall be in compliance with the City's Lighting Ordinance.
3.7 The exterior facade of the building shall be improved to the satisfaction of the Planning
Department with a new coat of paint.
3.8 Landscaping shall be provided for as determined by the Planning Department

Commission.
