Motion by Bennecke, Second by Wirick to approve Administrative Plot Plan 12-APP-57 subject
to the proposed agreement and added conditions that the Applicant will supply an Asbestos
Survey for the residential building demolition to the city within 60 day and there will be a
Planning Commission Review in 2 years.
