Pledge of Allegiance Adjustments to the Agenda: PUBLIC COMMENT PERIOD: Judy Bingham — comments on "Just the Facts", WWTP, and Recycled Water 1) Approval of the Minutes of the Regular Meeting of September 9, 2014. Recommendation: Approval of the Minutes of September 9, 2014 as presented. Motion by Bennecke, Second by Dale to approve the Minutes of September 9, 2014 as presented. Administrative Plot Plan 12-APP-57 Modifications of Conditions of Approval. Applicant: JP Transport Actions: Receive Staff Report Options: 1) Approved Administrative Plot Plan 12-APP-57 subject to the proposed agreement; 2) Modify and Approve Administrative Plot Plan 12-APP-57 subject to a modified agreement; 3) Continue Administrative Plot Plan 12-APP-57; 4) Deny modified conditions for Administrative Plot Plan 12-APP-57 Staff report was given by Rebecca Deming, Director of Planning Motion by Bennecke, Second by Wirick to approve Administrative Plot Plan 12-APP-57 subject to the proposed agreement and added conditions that the Applicant will supply an Asbestos Survey for the residential building demolition to the city within 60 day and there will be a Planning Commission Review in 2 years.
