Pledge of Allegiance Adjustments to the Agenda: None PUBLIC COMMENT PERIOD: None 1) Approval of the Minutes of the Regular Meeting of November 25, 2014. Recommendation: Approval of the Minutes of November 25, 2014 as presented. Motion by Wirick, Seconded by Dale to approve the minutes as presented. Review of Administrative Plot Plan 07-APP-81, Consideration of the Revocation/Review of the Administrative Plot Plan for a Tire Shop located at 578 Chestnut Avenue Actions: Receive Staff Report and Hold a Public Hearing Options: 1. Revoke approval of Administrative Plot Plan No. 07-APP-81 2. Modify Conditions for Administrative Plot Plan No. 07-APP-81 3. Continue revocation of Administrative Plot Plan No. 07-APP-81 4. Clarify condition to allow staff to permit additional uses (If permitted by the Municipal Code) at this site with the requirement that remote parking is provided per Table 17.05-1 "Off Street Parking Requirements". 2. Leave the Condition as stated and no uses other than warehousing and distribution shall be permitted.
