Call to Order: 6:00 p.m. Place: Beaumont Civic Center
Roll Call: Chairman Smith, Commissioner Tinker, Commissioner Dale and
Commissioner St. Martin were present. Commissioner Wirick was excused.

PUBLIC COMMENT PERIOD: None
1) Approval of the Minutes of the Regular Meeting of May 12, 2015.
Recommendation: Approval of the Minutes of May 12, 2015 as presented.
Motion by Tinker, Seconded by St. Martin to approve the Minutes as presented.
AYES: Dale, Smith, St. Martin, Tinker ABSTAIN: None
NOES: None ABSENT: Wirick
2) Scheduled Matters/Public Hearings
a. Conditional Use Permit No. 14-CUP-15; Proposed Establishment of a Wireless
Communications Facility at 390 Oak Valley Parkway
ACTIONS: Receive the Staff Report and Hold a Public Hearing
OPTIONS:
• Approve Conditional Use Permit No. 14-CUP-15, subject to the proposed
conditions of approval with the findings stated herein; or,
• Modify and Approve Conditional Use Permit No. 14-CUP-15; or subject to
modified conditions of approval with the findings stated herein:
• Continue Conditional Use Permit No. 14-CUP-15; or,
• Deny Conditional Use Permit No. 14-CUP-15.

Motion by Tinker, Seconded by St. Martin to approve with the modification to the
Conditions of Approval as follows:
Conditions amended:
1.2 The use hereby permitted is for the establishment of a wireless facility at 390
Oak Valley Parkway (400-250-007).
1.11 The applicant shall obtain and keep a valid permit for the diesel generator with
the South Coast Air Quality Management District (SC-AQMD), if required.
and Police Department condition removal:
5. The applicant shall have security cameras operating at all times. A staff member shall
be capable of viewing and copying the images captured on the video surveillance
system. All images must be recorded and retained for at least 30 days. The exact
location and quantity of all security cameras shall be subject to approval by the
Police Department prior to final occupancy.
