Commissioner Dale was excused. Pledge of Allegiance Adjustments to the Agenda: None PUBLIC COMMENT PERIOD: None 1) Approval of the Minutes of the Regular Meeting of June 9, 2015. ACTION: Approval of the Minutes of June 9, 2015 as presented. Motion by St. Martin, Seconded by Tinker to approve the Minutes as presented. AYES: Smith, St. Martin, Tinker ABSTAIN: Wirick NOES: None ABSENT: Dale 2) Scheduled Matters/Public Hearings a. Review of Administrative Plot Plan 07-APP-81, Consideration of the Revocation/Review of the Administrative Plot Plan for a Tire Shop located at 578 Chestnut Avenue ACTION: • Receive Staff Report • Open a Public Hearing • Continue Revocation of Administrative Plot Plan No. 07-APP-81 to October 13, 2015 Planning Commission Meeting. ACTIONS: Receive the Staff Report and take testimony, OPTIONS: • Approve Minor Variance 15-MV-10 as proposed • Modify and Approved Minor Variance 15-MV-10 • Continue Minor Variance 15-MV-10 • Deny Minor Variance 15-MV-10 Staff report was given by Rebecca Deming, Planning Director Speakers: James Ross - Applicant Motion by Wirick, Second by St. Martin to approve Minor Variance 15-MV-10 with the addition of conditions as follows: 1. This approval shall be for the benefit of the applicant in whose name the approval was issued, for the specific approved location. The approval shall not be transferrable to another individual or location. 2. If the City receives any written complaint from any adjacent homeowners the minor variance shall return to Planning Commission for review. AYES: Smith, St. Martin, Tinker, Wirick ABSTAIN: None NOES: None ABSENT: Dale f. Minor Plot Plan No. 14-MPP-12; Twelve (12) Month Review of a 3,000 Square foot Tent located at 1780 Orchard Heights Avenue ACTIONS: Receive the Staff Report and Take Testimony OPTIONS: • Approve Minor Plot Plan No. 14-MPP-12, subject to the Approved Conditions of Approval; or, • Approve Minor Plot Plan No. 14-MPP-12; or subject to modified conditions of approval. • Continue Minor Plot Plan No. 14-MPP-12; or, • Terminate Minor Plot Plan No. 14-MPP-12 and Require Removal of the Temporary Tent Staff report was given by Rebecca Deming, Planning Director Speakers: Pastor Chris Johnson — Applicant Representative Motion by Tinker, Seconded by St. Martin to Terminate Minor Plot Plan No. 14-MPP-12 and Require Removal of the Temporary Tent.
