Roll Call: Chairman Smith, Commissioner Wirick, Commissioner Tinker, Commissioner
Dale and Commissioner St Martin were present.

Adjustments to the Agenda:
• Chairman Smith requested that items 2.b and 2.c be flipped due to a potential
conflict on items 2.a and 2.c.

1) Approval of the Minutes of the Regular Meeting of July 14, 2016,
ACTION: Approval of the Minutes of July 14, 2015 as presented.
Motion by Tinker, Seconded by Wirick to approve the Minutes as presented.
AYES: Dale, Tinker, Smith, St. Martin, Wirick ABSTAIN: None
NOES: None ABSENT: None
Chairman Smith recused himself on items 2a and 2c due to potential conflict and left the
chambers.

OPTIONS:
• Approve Conditional Use Permit No. 15-CUP-08, subject to the proposed conditions of
approval with the findings stated herein; or,
• Modify and Approve Conditional Use Permit No. 15-CUP-08; or subject to modified
conditions of approval with the findings stated herein.

approval.

• Terminate Conditional Use Permit No. 14-CUP-07 and Require Removal of the
Temporary Tent
