A RESOLUTION APPROVING THE RENEWAL OF THE ALCOHOL PERMIT FOR
"CASEY'S GENERAL STORE #2667" LOCATED WITHIN THE CITY LIMITS OF TIFFIN,
IOWA EFFECTIVE APRIL 24, 2011.
Whereas, the City Council of the City of Tiffin, Iowa has reviewed and will determine the
renewal of the Alcohol Permit requested by the business establishment known as "Casey's
General Store #2667" located within the city limits of Tiffin, Iowa.
Whereas, the City Council has not discovered any reason to deny the renewal of the Alcohol
Permit for "Casey's General Store #2667 ". City Council directs the City Clerk to submit for
local authority, approval of permit to the State of Iowa Alcoholic Beverages Division.
On the 9th day of March 2011, at a regular meeting of the Tiffin City Council, Tiffin, Iowa.
Councilperson Mike Gericke introduced Resolution 2011 -10 APPROVING THE RENEWAL
OF THE ALCOHOL PERMIT FOR "CASEY'S GENERAL STORE #2667 "LOCATED
WITHIN THE CITY LIMITS OF TIFFIN, IOWA EFFECTIVE APRIL 24, 2011 made a motion
for approval. Seconded by Council person Chris Ball.
Ayes: Chris Ball, Jim Bartels, Mike Gericke, Mark Petersen, and Travis Weipert
Nays: None
Absent: None
WHEREUPON, Five members of the City Council voted to approve RESOLUTION 2011 -10
APPROVING THE RENEWAL OF THE ALCOHOL PERMIT FOR THE BUSINESS
ESTABLISHMENT KNOWN AS "CASEY'S GENERAL STORE #2667" LOCATED WITHIN
THE CITY LIMITS OF TIFFIN, IOWA EFFECTIVE APRIL 24, 2011 the Mayor Royce Phillips
declared that Resolution 2011 -10 be adopted and signified his approval of the same by
affixing his signature thereto.
Passed and approved by the City Council on the 9th day of March 2011.
