AUTHORIZING AIR QUALITY TESTING-BOROUGH HALL
BE IT RESOLVED, by the Mayor and Council of the Borough of Carteret that the
Borough Attorney be and is hereby authorized to negotiate an agreement with a qualified
professional to assist the Borough in performing air quality testing at the Borough Hall in
an amount not exceed five thousand dollars ($5,000.00).
Adopted this 20th day of February, 2003
and certified as a tree copy of the
original on February 21, 2003.
