Don Campbell and Bill Boyes the Insurance agent for the Town explained the coverages that the town has to date. Board discussed various parts of the policies. Boyes presented an option that the Town could take out an additional policy called an umberalla policy that covers all of the gaps that would exsist in the other coverages. Approx. cost of this additional policy would be $500.00. Clayton made a notion to have the other policy 2nd Finlay. carried. on Drake reviewed the V.V. easment from Jack Randall. Randall had indicated that he would give an easment for the approx. 20,000 sq/ ft. needed for lines and well location, cost is .51G per sq. ft. or approx. $10,000. Clayton made a motion to approve this easment cost figure, Finlay 2nd, carried. Drake also reported that North Star Well Drilling was given the bid for the wells. Start time is expected to be next Monday., and pipeline bids are expectrd to be let by Aug. 1. NcDowell reported that no time share interest had been deeded for the Divide. N cDowell also reported that the Town of Winter Park had appointed their transportation rep. to investigate sites within the area for the Amtrak stop. Board will invite the member to the next meeting to discuss possible site within the Town. Board called for an excutive session to discuss Town staff problems. 8:20 p.m. B oard adjourned at 9 :30 p.m..
