AUTHORIZING PREPARATION OF BIDS FOR CONSTRUCTION OF A
BAND SHELTER
WHEREAS, the Mayor and Council have determined that the Borough of
Carteret is in need of a band shelter for the Borough's residents; and
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Mayor and Council
of the Borough of Carteret, County of Middlesex, State of New Jersey as follows:
1. That the Borough's Purchasing Agent and Supervisor of
Parks are hereby authorized to prepare bid specifications for the
construction of a band shelter and are further authorized to
advertise for the receipt of formal bid proposals therefore.
2. That a copy of this resolution be forwarded to the
Borough's Purchasing Agent and the Parks Department.
Adopted this 6th day of March, 2003
and certified as a true copy of the
original on March ?th, 2003.
