AN ORDINANCE REDUCING THE MAXIMUM SPEED LIMIT ON PORTION OF
DANBURY, GUNNISON AND WOODLAWN ACCESS ROAD IN THE CITY OF
BEL AIRE, KANSAS.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE GOVERNING BODY OF THE CITY OF BEL AIRE, KANSAS:
SECTION 1. That in the best interest of the health, safety and welfare of the
citizens of Bel Aire, Kansas, the maximum speed limit on the following
streets in the City of Bel Aire, Kansas shall be reduced to twenty miles
per hour (20 m.p.h.)
Danbury Street from Janesville to Woodlawn
Gunnison Street from Danbury to Woodlawn access road
Woodlawn access road from Perry ton to Danbury
SECTION 2. This Ordinance shall take effect and be in force from and after
its publication in the official city newspaper.
