RECORD OF PROCEEDINGS 100 Leaves
The Town Board of the Town of Fraser met in regular session on
May 6, 1963 at 8 :20 P.M. at Clayton's Cafe with the following members
present: Mayor Clayton, Clerk Emal, Councilmen Johnson and Smith, Howell
and Roberts. Absent were councilmen Florquist and Morrow.
Minutes of the previous meeting were read and, upon motion,
seconded and approved as read.
The following bills were presented for payment, and the clerk
instructed to draw warrants for same:
Mountain Parks Electric 64.08
Mountain States Tel Tel 14.00
Clayton Texaco 7.80
Middle Park Gas 3.50
Motion made, seconded and unanimously carried that the bills be duly
paid. Ms
Bank statement presented as of April 30, 1963, showing a balance
on hand of $9,176.11.
tit Liquor license of R. L. Cogdell presented for approval.
Motion made, seconded and unanimously carried that the application
be accepted.
After discussion, it was decided, upon motion, duly seconded
and carried, that the town purchase a new typewriter for the use of
the Town Clerk. Typewriter to be purchased sftmz upon clerk's
decision.
Motion made, seconded and unanimously carried that Clerk's salary
be increased from $50.00 per month to $100.00. per month, effective April.
After discussion it was decided to hold the annual Fraser Picnic
on Sunday, July 21, 1963, with admission prices 500 for adults and 250
for children. Clerk instructed to have tickets and posters printed
for this purpose.
There being no further business, the meeting was adjourned
at 10:00 P.M.
