1. AIP 034 Taxiway E Reconstruction
Full depth reconstruction started July 24. The three-week project was substantially completed three
days early, on August 8. Final markings will be done in September.
2. Airport Engineering RFQ
The Professional Services agreement for airport engineering with Ardurra has been reviewed by
Ardurra and the City Attorney and will go before Council on Sept. 14.
3. ITD Aero Leading Edge Grant funds
The new operations pick up was delivered August 31.
5. Infield Infrastructure
Airport management continues to work with PLRWSD and Ardurra to finalize approval and hook-
up of the new manhole and sewer line.
6. Airport BBQ
The Airport Manager and Superintendent hosted a BBQ on August 18 for the businesses that operate
at McCall Airport. It was a resounding success, and everyone enjoyed getting together.
5. South Mission Street Parvel/FAA Part 77 Surface Evaluation
The Airport Manager and Ardurra met with Crestline Engineers, Brian Parker, Michelle Groenevelt,
and representatives from St. Luke’s Foundation to discuss aeronautical impacts of housing
development on the parcel north of McCall Cemetery. Some of this parcel is in the approach surface
and would require significant excavation to lower building elevations for safe aeronautical use.
Discussions continue.

5. AIP 031 Close-out
FAA Grant AIP 031/Taxiway D Design achieved final FAA completion and all invoices and required
FAA forms have been submitted. AIP033/Taxiway D Construction is nearing close-out.
