This adjustment does not change the GMP or the contract time ROC # Description Deduct 11-F Add floor outlets in the Council Chamber ($2,351.00) Per Doug Fitzgerald on Sept. 8, 2001. 12-F Add electrical revisions on revised electrical ($12,154.00) drawings dated 8/7/01 except light fixture revisions. 16-F Add '/2" CDX plywood on ceiling of foyer 248 ($1,474.00) for code compliance. 19-F Add 6" fiber glass insulation to the perimeter walls in the attic storage rooms needed to air condition space. ($785.00) 20-F Add a 10" high raised wood platform in the ($6,530.00) council chambers requested by VKB. Provide In accordance with OBM memo dated 9-5-01. Add 23-F Add 3 doors, frames and hardware # 004A, 02G ($4,929.00) and 207B.1 and revise door 239 from a RHR to a RH swing. In accordance with field directive from OBM and Frank Barron. 24-F Revise cabinets in accordance with OBM $1,175.00 memo dated 9/27/01 25-F Add thermofiber insulation to walls in offices # ($889.00) 236, 237, 238, and 243 in accordance with OBM proposal request # 3 dated 3/28/02. 26-F Add two layers of drywall to the ceiling and side ($1,727.00) wall of elevator #2 shaft in accordance with OBM field report # 3 dated 3/27/02. 9-P Add 2 fire alarm pull stations in accordance with ($982.00) Marked up shop drawings. 10-P Add 5 exterior light fixtures as shown on drawing ($1,914.00) A2.3.11 dated 3/8/01 19-P Revise the carpet in the Administration/ Police Building From Bentley "Double Entendre" to Bentley "Continuity" For a credit. 22-P Frame an opening in the drywall partition Between rooms 1-015 and 1-013 for a window By the owner.
