The following is a description of items to adjust the Owner's contingency within the
Guaranteed Maximum Price (GMP). This adjustment does not change the GMP or the
contract time

for code compliance.
19-F Add 6" fiber glass insulation to the perimeter
walls in the attic storage rooms needed to air
condition space.

field report # 3 dated 3/27/02.
9-P Add 2 fire alarm pull stations in accordance with ($982.00)
Marked up shop drawings.
