SUMMARY STATEMENT:
An Application for a Rezone to change the zoning of the subject property from CV – Civic to R8 –Medium Density Residential to facilitate a future development of employee housing.
During their regularly scheduled November 1, 2022 meeting, the McCall Area Planning and Zoning Commission held a properly noticed public hearing and unanimously recommended approval
of the subject application to the McCall City Council without a second public hearing of the Commission.
Staff Report, Ordinance, and application materials are attached. The final Development Agreement and Findings of Fact and Conclusions of Law Documents will be presented to the Council
for approval at a future meeting.
RECOMMENDED ACTION:
Hold the public hearing
Suspend the rules and read by title only one time only Ordinance xxx.
Adopt Ordinance No. XXX zoning map amendment, ZON-22-02, approve the Summary for publication, and authorize the Mayor to sign all necessary documents.
