SUMMARY STATEMENT:
A petition for vacation of the public right-of-way of Simmons Street along the frontages of Lots 1-10, Block 2, Riverside Subdivision to allow for the construction of a private street
built to City standards.
During the regularly scheduled July 13, 2023 McCall City Council meeting, the Council voted to direct staff to prepare findings consistent with approval of the subject application.
The Findings of Fact and Conclusions of Law, and Decision are attached.
RECOMMENDED ACTION:
Adopt Findings of Fact, Conclusions of Law, and Decision for VAC-23-01 for Steve Callan and authorize the Mayor to sign all necessary documents.
