SUMMARY STATEMENT:
An application for a Planned Unit Development Preliminary Plan and Subdivision Preliminary Plat to construct 14 townhouse dwelling units on a 1.78-acre parcel. The McCall City Council
conducted public hearings for the subject application on November 3, 2022, December 1, 2022, December 15, 2023, and January 26, 2023, at which time the application was remanded back
to staff to work with the applicant on submitting improved materials. Staff and the applicant have made progress on the issues raised during previous City Council hearings.
During their regularly scheduled June 6, 2023 meeting, the McCall Area Planning and Zoning Commission unanimously recommended approval of the subject application with the conditions
of approval included in the attached Staff Report.
RECOMMENDED ACTION:
Conduct the public hearing.
Direct staff to prepare findings and conclusions to for PUD-22-01 and SUB-22-05 with suggested conditions of approval identified in the Staff Report and authorize the Mayor to sign all
necessary documents.
