SUMMARY STATEMENT:
During the regularly scheduled August 10, 2023 McCall City Council Meeting, the City Council, after conducting a public hearing, directed staff to prepare findings and conclusions in
approval of PUD-22-01 and SUB-22-05 with suggested conditions of approval identified in the Staff Report for the preliminary planned unit development and preliminary subdivision preliminary
plat as recommended by the McCall Area Planning and Zoning Commission.
The attached Findings of Fact, Conclusions of Law, and Decision Document are reflective of that decision.
RECOMMENDED ACTION:
Approve the Findings of Fact, Conclusions of Law, and Decision Document for PUD-22-01, SUB-22-05, Boydstun Place Subdivision, for Urban Design+Build and authorize the Mayor to sign all
necessary documents.
