The attached Findings of Fact, Conclusions of Law, and Decision Document are reflective of that decision.  RECOMMENDED ACTION: Approve the Findings of Fact, Conclusions of Law, and Decision Document for PUD-22-01, SUB-22-05, Boydstun Place Subdivision, for Urban Design+Build and authorize the Mayor to sign all necessary documents. August 10, 2023 Public Hearing for PUD-22-01 was completed and the McCall City Council directed staff to prepare findings and conclusions in approval of PUD-22-01, SUB-22-05,
