SUMMARY STATEMENT:
An Application for a Minor Plat Amendment of the Depot Condominiums to make the platted tenant spaces and common areas match the tenant spaces and common areas as utilized. The location
of shared walls between units will be adjusted to properly reflect changes to the building and storage areas.
During their regularly scheduled October 3, 2023 meeting, the McCall Area Planning & Zoning Commission reviewed the subject application and unanimously recommended approval to the McCall
City Council.
Staff Report, Findings of Fact, Conclusions of Law, and Decision, and application materials are attached
RECOMMENDED ACTION:
Approve MPA-23-02 and associated record of survey for the Depot Company with the Conditions of Approval as identified in the Findings of Fact, Conclusions of Law, and Decision as recommended
by the McCall Area Planning & Zoning Commission and authorize the Mayor to sign all necessary documents.
